Many people apply or are affected by administrative law. Lawyers and other consultants provide advice in the area—sometimes more often than they realise! People working in government or statutory authorities, or in businesses with a regulatory focus, may have to apply administrative law principles regularly without any training in the subject. Tribunals and boards are also governed by administrative law.
